What we've done
Telesis has been a specialist consulting firm advising on the intersection of information technologies, industry and regional regeneration for the past two decades. Most of this work has been completed for public sector clients: local, regional, state and federal government agencies. Working with a number of collaborators Telesis has completed a range of projects, these have included:
Perth’s Creative Industries - An Analysis, undertaken for the City of Perth; WA Department of Culture and the Arts; WA Department of Industry and Resources; WA Department of the Premier and Cabinet, 2007.
The Implications of Information and Communications on Youth Employment, an issues paper for the International Labour Office, Geneva.
World Wide Work: using Information and Communication Technologies to export knowledge intensive services for the federal Department of Industry Science and Resources;
Economic Drivers and Shapers for the WA Economy over the next 25 years for the Technology and Industry Advisory Council.
Over the past year the business has changed direction toward becoming a communication vehicle in the for push for Regenerative Business. Our particular focus is on reporting on this burgeoning domain; we'll be seeking out pioneers to report successes and lessons learned.
